REFUND POLICY – LazyLegends

At LazyLegends, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns & Replacements

We only offer returns or replacements in case of:

- Wrong product delivered

- Damaged product received

- Size issue (only if unused and requested within 3 days of delivery)

To request a return or replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

3. Refunds

- Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

4. Non-Returnable Items

- Used or worn products

- Products without original packaging

- Customized or personalized items

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
